Course Synopsis

This course is designed in accordance with ENTO’s Specification for Learning and Development NVQ – Unit L12 Enable individual learning through coaching. This unit is appropriate for those who will use coaching as a way of encouraging individual learning. The successful achievement of this course is a requirement for anyone wishing to Coach the level 2 Security Practitioners Award.

Programme Overview

Unit L12 Enable individual learning through coaching

The unit covers Coaching individual learners and helping those individuals to apply learning. During the course you will cover:

  • Identify individual learning needs and styles
  • Choose the manner and speed of coaching
  • Check the progress of learners
  • Give feedback
  • Helping individuals apply learning
  • Give support to learners

Course Length

The course is based on 2 days classroom delivery followed by a workplace assessment of the candidate coaching.
